Lynne's personal health and wellness philosophy and dedication to wellness began while still in her teenage years. Twenty-four years later she is still on the path to holistic health and wellness.

She began Lynne M. March and Associates in the Spring of 2003. This new venture was begun to offer to the general public the latest technology in Energy System Healing and Awareness Counseling. (See our SERVICES section for more in depth information) Lynne uses her highly intuitive gift of healing touch and her sensitivity to awareness of energy to assist others in accessing their inner potential to grow, create and heal.

Sessions are based on an individual's primary concerns and needs at each session. Every session is unique. She utilizes many tools mainly Massage Therapy and Jin Shin Jyutsu, Polarity, R.Y.S.E. Level I & II, Aromatherapy, Hydrotherapy, Chi Cong Healing, Orthobionomy, and energetic awareness and counseling.

Additionally, Lynne is a member of the Essex board of health, she practices Yoga, enjoys gardening, is active in the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce, enjoying sailing and biking, and spending time with family, friends and clients.

Kim Lufkin
Certified, Licensed & Insured Massage Therapist

Kim offers sessions in Therapeutic Massage for sports injuries, general aches and pains as well as Swedish Massage for full body relaxation and Myofascial Release for specific areas that need a non-invasive touch in order to release and open up.  In October 2007, Kim received her certificate in Hot Stone Massage and can incorporate the hot stones into any massage. Kim works from a very centered heart space and has a firm touch to assist you in relaxing and deeply letting go.

Kim Lufkin has worked on the North Shore in several diverse businesses since 1987.  Several life experiences have taught her that until you take charge of your life, nothing will change. One of those experiences showed Kim her innate spirit for helping people who have a strong desire to assist in their own healing and who are invested in that healing process.

Kim began her career in massage therapy in April 2005, after graduating from SpaTech Institute in Ipswich, MA.  Massage school was an awakening that she never thought was possible. Learning the connection of every element of the body was truly amazing to her. She takes this knowledge of the body and her understanding of how everything in the body is connected, and makes your session truly a one of a kind experience.

Kim provides an environment where her clients feel safe, protected, nurtured and aided in their healing process. She works with them to help them become a part of their own healing experience.

Kim is a member in good standing of Associated Massage & Bodywork Professionals (A.B.M.P.)

Sessions last for 1 to 1 1/2 hours and are available by calling the office of Lynne March and Associates at (978) 768-0160.
